"Mark (and Stacy) are the BEST insurance agents in every way possible. For the 16 years that we have lived in CT, they have always worked for our best interests to save us as much money as possible. Each time we added a teen driver (4 through the years) they always took the time to explore policy options with us to determine what would benefit us most for pricing and coverage. Whenever we add another/different vehicle to our coverage or need to explore homeowner’s options, they patiently walk us through various scenarios to determine what is best for us. They are both incredibly kind and cheerful and oh so knowledgeable! They always patiently answer every question as if we are the most important people that day. My son recently moved back to CT and, unbeknownst to us, started working with a different State Farm agent.
